B.I.A’s Mission Statement

“To promote safe boating and its facilities through Industry Leadership.

To develop and promote professional standards and services for our members and the boating public.”

The BIAWA is focused on the sustainable and progressive development of the recreational and light comercial industry in Western Australia, and on the promotion and development of safe, responsible and enjoyable recreational boating persuits for the whole community.

This means that the BIAWA operates in the interest of the industry and of the community to ensure that the WA Government objectives of economic, social and enviromental development are met to the benifit of all Western Australians.
